PW55 W5-P / PW55 W6-P

Profile wrapping machine PW55 W5-P / PW55 W6-P for wider applications is equipped with a blowing nozzle, primer station and revision UV lamp. This machine configuration allows to wrap, PVC profiles, aluminum profiles, wall panels and window sills . The machine was created for covering with polyurethane hotmelt (PUR) glue, through a slot nozzle with Valco Melton glue tank. Due to this, the amount of glue applied to the foil may be controlled.
