PW 35 F55-EC / PW 35 F65-EC

Profile wrapping PW 35 F55-E / PW 35 F65-EC is a machine for gluing wooden profile, MDF, frames and casing. The machine has been adapted for wrapping with hotmelt EVA or PO glue using adhesive roller with a 18l tank. Adhesive roller allows to glue materials such as paper, FINISH, CPL, P.P film. and veneer in a roll or sheet type, provided by a specially prepared ramp. The device consists of 2500 mm monoblock length, together with the cassette system which allows to replace the pressing zone without using tools and frequent changes in the type of the profile to be glued.
